Temporary account access. To build and test your automation, we may need temporary access to certain accounts — such as email, WhatsApp Business, or social media platforms. This access is used strictly for development and testing purposes during the project.
After delivery. Once your project is delivered, we strongly recommend updating or changing any passwords that were shared with us during setup. For clients on a monthly retainer, limited access may be retained only as needed for ongoing maintenance.
No third-party sharing. We do not sell, share, or use your business data or credentials for any purpose outside of building and maintaining your automation.
Data deletion. All shared credentials and project data are handled confidentially and can be deleted on request once the project is complete.
